Towards the finish line at The Bottleworks

Excitingly the townhomes are nearing the finish line and apartment works are well underway at The Bottleworks, with landscaping due to commence soon.

The recent aerial image shows the townhomes designed by Chamberlain Architects progressively taking shape across the former ‘Big Shed’ site in South Geelong.

Builder Glenvill Projects is working towards the staged completion of all townhomes during March to May this year.

The project team is coordinating the completion of the path network and central garden area designed by Plan E Landscaping. The landscaping including a herb garden, communal barbeque and generous lawn area will add an important final touch for new home owners.
