Basement update at Lyons Place

All basement retention and excavation works at Lyons Place are complete.

The team at Figurehead Construction are now working towards completing the in-ground basement works including installation of structural footings, electrical services and a stormwater detention tank.

The basement slab is planned to be poured in two sections over the coming weeks with the ground floor slab scheduled to be poured in March.

Figurehead will commence works on the building structure in late March with the project team excited to share footage of the building going up and taking shape.
